Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Rallyon Enterprise Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality internet services. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel your service or request a refund. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we process cancellations and refunds.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your internet services by contacting our customer support team at rallyonenterprise@gmail.com or through your online account portal.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 20 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If cancellation is made after this period, the next billing cycle will be charged, but service will continue until the end of the current cycle.
  • Any hardware provided (such as routers, modems, etc.) must be returned in good condition within 5 days of cancellation. Failure to return the equipment will result in additional charges.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a subscription (e.g., for a 6-month or yearly plan) and cancel within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any applicable service fees.
  • Refunds for Downgraded Services: If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, we may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of the plan, depending on the circumstances and service duration.
  • No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been provided or for the following:
    • Late payment charges
    • Installation fees
    • Cancellation after the service period has begun

3. Faulty Services

If you experience a service outage or technical issue, we encourage you to contact us for troubleshooting. If the issue is due to a fault on our end and not resolved in a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a partial refund or service extension, depending on the nature of the problem.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our customer support team at rallyonenterprise@gmail.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We will process refunds in 5 working days accordance with this policy and applicable laws.


5. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date
