Rallyon Enterprise Pvt Ltd provides high-speed internet and WiFi services. As a digital service provider, we do not deal with physical goods that require shipping or delivery. However, we have outlined our service activation and installation process below:
1. Service Activation
- Once a customer successfully subscribes to our internet service, activation is initiated within 2 days.
- Customers will receive an email or SMS confirmation regarding service activation.
2. Installation & Equipment Delivery (If Applicable)
- In cases where physical installation is required (such as routers, modems, or other networking equipment), our technicians will schedule an on-site visit.
- Installation appointments will be confirmed via call, SMS, or email.
- Any equipment provided remains the property of Rallyon Enterprise Pvt Ltd unless purchased separately by the customer.
3. Digital Service Delivery
- Our internet services are delivered digitally and do not require physical shipment.
- Customers can access the service upon activation through their registered account credentials.
4. Service Availability
- Our services are available in specific regions. Customers are advised to check service availability before subscribing.
- If the service cannot be activated due to technical feasibility issues, customers will be notified, and any applicable refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
